So yesterday I ran around gardens like twice. Watched abit of the tournament at the club in between. It wasn't much but at least it's something.. Ended w some ab work.
Today I brisk walked around the estate w joey cause I just had dinner and was lazy to actually jog. Then we can back to my house and did some hardcore ab work out. 7 sets each of Oblique crunches, reg crunches, leg raises, reverse crunches. I'm already achin from yesterday.. So tomorrows gonna be a joy..
